Shipping Information:

Most orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of receipt, unless it is a nice day; we may go outside and play instead. Rush orders with expedited shipping received before 3:00pm EST will be shipped the same day, even if it is a nice day. Custom orders and items which are in production will take longer to be fulfilled.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

We expect that our customers will be 100% satisfied with our grommets and related products. Returns are accepted on most items if we have not met your standards. Refunds and credits will be issued upon receipt of returned items. Shipping charges will only be credited if the return is due to an error on our part. Cancellations prior to shipment will incur no fee. If an order is cancelled after shipment, customer is responsible for all shipment charges, credit for product only will be issued upon receipt of returned goods. Returns and refunds on custom orders is not allowed.

How can I check my order status? You will receive an email notification once your order is entered for processing. When your order is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information.

Were not here on Holidays, we're celebrating! If you are calling after normal business hours, please leave a message on our answering machine and we will call you back when we open for business the next day.

What are my shipping options? Our preferred shipper is UPS, however we will ship using the vendor of your choice. Orders shipping via FedEx and the U.S. Postal Service must be received before noon to ship the same day. Customers using DHL must use their own account and arrange for pick up. International orders are shipped via Expeditors International, freight collect. Other international carriers will be used, but customer must use their own account and arrange for pick up.
